Something in the Water, created and performed by transgender star; S.E. Grummett (Grumms) returns home after representing Canada at the Edinburgh Fringe as part of Spotlight Canada. The show is a comedic deep dive into gender, using puppets, live feed video projections and physical comedy.

The short film, starring Sera-Lys McArthur (Outlander, Monkey Beach) and Aidan Devine (A History of Violence, Suicide Squad) delves into the missing & murdered Indigenous women and girls epidemic and the increased violence and discrimination that Indigenous women face.

The Fandom is a very queer space, with an estimate of 80% of furries identifying on the queer spectrum. “Of course furry is full of sexuality,” says veteran furry Rod O’Riley, “because furry is full of human beings, who are alive and thinking and feeling.”
