Sponsored by the Boag Foundation and partnering with Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House through our Community Kitchen project, we are creating a Winter Social to celebrate and bring together those in our community. This event is to bring Two-Spirit, Trans and Gender Diverse folks together to socialize and celebrate.
Not all folks in our community are lucky enough to have family or loved ones to be with during this time in December. By providing a safe and inclusive environment for people to come together to share a meal, we can make an amazingly positive impact.
Happy memories, new friendships, local musicians, a photo booth and delicious bannock tacos supplied by Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Society Catering, will create a magical event where everyone can feel welcomed and celebrated.
