Caroline Kingsbury is a pop musician based in Los Angeles. She grew up in a conservative Christian household in Florida and later moved into music full-time, writing and producing much of her own work. Her debut album Heaven’s Just a Flight came out in 2021, followed by the EP I Really Don’t Care! in 2024. In 2025 she announced another EP titled Shock Treatment. Her music often deals with queer identity, relationships, and family estrangement, and she is openly queer. Kingsbury also collaborates with other producers and artists, building a reputation for theatrical and emotional pop.
MARIS, whose full name is Maris Maddux-Ward, was born in Missoula, Montana, in 1999. She is a singer-songwriter working mainly in pop and rock, with early exposure on American Idol Season 16. Since then, she has released several projects, toured with artists like Anna of the North, and opened for Maude Latour in 2025. One of her breakout songs is “Give Me a Sign,” a collaboration with Caroline Kingsbury that quickly reached over a million streams. Her music addresses themes of queer identity, emotional intensity, and self-expression, and she is gaining attention as part of the new wave of young pop artists.
