Our workshops are queer-positive spaces open to people of all experience levels & identities, and are a safe and welcoming space for 2SLGBTQIA+ people.

Follow our Facebook page and Instagram account (@queerprov) for instructor announcements each week, and check the "Agenda" at the bottom of this page for workshop themes and series!

Workshops are pay-what-you-can (recommended donation: $10) & no one is turned away due to lack of funds!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• RUNTIME: Workshop is about 90 minutes with a break.

• CONTENT: We all try to behave in a safe, inclusive, and considerate manner. Because this is an improv drop-in for all levels, unexpected things can happen. We will do our best to create a safe inclusive space where participants can always express their feelings and boundaries.

• ACCESSIBILITY: The Junction has an accessible entrance on the street level. Accessible bathrooms available. The space is public during workshops but tends to be empty except for workshop attendees, instructor, and Junction staff.

• SENSORY INFO: Our practice room is susceptible to weather changes (warm on warm days, cold on cold days). Dress comfortably.

TO DONATE: Make a purchase on this Eventbrite page to donate! You are able to choose what amount. Donations do not need to be made prior to the workshop in order to attend, but they are useful for us to know in advance. We also take physical donations at all of our workshops!

ABOUT QUEERPROV: QueerProv is a not-for-profit society dedicated to creating queer community through improv theatre.
