The Amsterdam Rainbow Dress is a 52-foot-tall work of living art made from the flags of the 68 countries where being LGBTIQ+ is punishable by law. It will be visiting Vancouver from August 3 to August 5, ahead of the 2023 Vancouver Pride Parade.
The Italian Cultural Centre Gallery Celebrates the end of the plague!
August 15 is the festa of the Sicilian plague Saint Rosalea. In honour of this ancient celebration, the Il Museo Gallery has invited the Sicilian artist Mimmo Baronello to transform the Gallery itself into an Italian baroque church. Aug 15 - Oct 31.
