At inQlusive Reach, we believe that finding support — whether it’s help around the house or specialized care — isn't just about the service itself. For the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, it’s about safety, trust, and inclusive authenticity.
As a Vancouver-based startup and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community ourselves, we truly understand that navigating care can come with an element of fear, anxiety, and often times a “mask” on to avoid discrimination or stigmatized support.
We also know that our community is full of diversity and strength; humans with talent and compassion, who’s lived experience and identity has value, which can be applied for good if given the proper systems and platform. Especially now, considering the current economical state and high unemployment.
With that in mind, inQlusive Reach’s mission is simple:

When we recognized these two distinct needs in our community, we realized that by building a bridge between them, we could create a solution that is far more impactful than addressing the needs on their own.
Our Reach Ambassadors for-hire are members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community themselves (or strong allies of) and are guided by core values that prioritize your physical and emotional security, while enabling a safe-space where your identity is celebrated.

What makes us stand out is our commitment to our social cause and mission. As a social enterprise, we reinvest a portion of our profits — alongside contributions from our Business Sponsorship and Community STARS Programs — to help ensure that community members facing financial barriers are never left behind with access to care and support services.
