30 minute Kundalini Workout
How many times have you told yourself that you really must start taking care of your body (and your heart and soul) with regular exercise and meditation? This is an invitation to DO IT NOW!
Roll onto the Zoom call (in your pjs if you need), and I’ll take you through a 30 minute kriya and meditation that will leave you awake, energized, and raring to go. What else is there to say really? We practice Mon - Fri 6.30 - 7.00am, Sundays 6.30-7.30 am, and Saturdays we stay in bed in our pjs.
