Celebrating Vancouver’s First Festival Dedicated to Queer Comedy
Vancouver is bursting at the seams with queer comedic talent, and it is finally time for a dedicated showcase! Founded on two basic principles—being both funny and gay—the Funny and Gay Comedy Festival arrives November 10–15, 2026. Spearheaded by local producers Aron MacDonald and Andrea Feltrin, this six-day celebration brings together stand-up, improv, drag, and comedy workshops across the city. From the Open Michelle kickoff to afternoon shows and drag brunches, come out and support the thriving LGBTQ+ comedy scene!
